Uncertainty analysis panel

This panel is dedicated to the analysis of uncertain observations. If your classification is fuzzy, then some observations might not strongly belong to a specific group, we call them uncertain observations. To identify them, one can define a threshold for the most likely cluster for the observations under which the observations are considered uncertain.

The proposed default value in the slider is 0.45, so if an observation have a probability to belong to its most likely group below 0.45, it is considered as uncertain. Feel free to try other values.

Uncertain observations are displayed in red on the map and on the plots. If you can detect a patern in your uncertain observations, then running a new classification with one more cluster could be useful/p>
